I really appreciate ThinPrint's support team. They're small, but they are always there when I need them, and I've never had a bad experience with them. They've been incredibly helpful, especially when I needed to rebuild our ThinPrint from scratch. No issue was too complicated for them to solve. ThinPrint also integrates very well with our Citrix VDA environment, and it's seamless for the users—they haven't had any issues with it. I find the initial setup very straightforward; downloading, installing, and configuring components like the license server and ThinPrint ports was easy. The product performs substantially better for us than previous solutions like Citrix Universal Printing, offering reliable performance for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One issue that I came across was the event log that ThinPrint provides doesn't really explain why two print servers are not communicating with each other. This kinda gets in my path of completing my ThinPrint server refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
